Enquiries:                   
Technical customer support staff are available to receive general enquiries and offer advice regarding any of Beacon Security’s product ranges.

Surveys:
All site surveys undertaken in response to a sales enquiry are provided free of charge and are promptly followed with a full system specification that also includes a complete schedule of rates.

Demonstrations:
Product demonstrations on any of Beacon Security’s systems are available on request.

Installation:                 
Installations are completed to the highest industry standards by Beacon Security’s own fully qualified engineers.

Training:                     
Full product training is available for all systems.

Our after sales service continues to be the industry benchmark.  Through continued investment in cutting edge technology, our service team can provide a fast and reliable service to all of our customers.  Our engineers are in constant communication with the Head Office using GPRS technology which allows real-time updates of calls to the service management system.  We can now offer customers the option of web based links to the system allowing logging and monitoring of calls from their desktop.

Post Sale Service:           
All our completed installations include a 12 month on-site warranty period followed by the option for a comprehensive timed response maintenance schedule.
